What is Faith?
Believe For The Impossible
Scripture tells us that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Everyone has a measure of faith; noone is born without it. For instance, when you flip a light switch, you believe that the room will immediately light up. When you get into your vehicle and push the ignition, you have faith that the car will start. Okay, depending on the circumstance, for some that may be wishful thinking instead of faith but you get my point. Over the years, I've learned that biblical faith- believing the Word and applying it to your situation- can be just as simple as believing that the light will come on at the flip of a switch. In this room, I'll be sharing my own personal experiences and will give you biblical keys to put the Word to work so that you will manifest your biggest dreams and move what look like insurmountable mountains.
Faith Over Fear
Manifest Your Biggest Dreams
Faith over fear...you've seen it, you've heard it...but what does it really mean? First, let's define both faith and fear.
Hebrews 11:1 KJV says faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Fear is the feeling that we have when we are worried or anxious about something or when we perceive an oncoming threat. Although there are things in life that can give us good cause to be fearful, making a choice to respond to fear with God's promises is how you tap into faith. You have faith by choice. It doesn't always come naturally because there is a real enemy contending for your faith. He knows that if he can invade your mind will fear-filled thoughts that make you anxious and worried, that he can get you out of alignment to receive the peace of God even while in the midst of the most turbulent storms. Faith draws us closer to God while fear pulls us further away from Him. The next time or anytime that you're struggling with anxiety, worry and fear meditate on Hebrews 11:6 (NASB) which says, "And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him."

You possess the power within to reshape your world. Adjust your kaleidoscope until what you see lines up with what you desire and then believe that you have it. This is faith.
